多伦县地理位置优越，距北京直线距离180公里，公路距离284公里，交通、通讯便捷，旅游业发展迅速，城镇总人口10.9万人，每年可接待游客达90万人以上。现正在积极建设自治区中部锡盟南部区域中心城市，流动人口将大幅度提升，从而保障了充足的客源。我县可为该项目建设提供土地保障，因而投资建设一座五星级酒店是势在必行。
与亚热带地区传统的东南亚建筑风格的酒店不同，设计师们创造性地将将酒店定位为现代、休闲而又有滨海度假胜地氛围的独特风格。在设计过程中，设计师们放弃了大多数度假酒店惯用的面朝大海和围合花园的普遍手法，而是采用一条简单曲线，使酒店几乎所有客房都直面大海。酒店管理公司对此评价很高，进一步把曲线到抬高至距地面8米，形成海风穿其而过的通道。大型艺术吊灯更让整个酒店显得灵动鲜活。

Duolun county is located in a superior geographical position, with a straight-line distance of 180 km from Beijing and a highway distance of 284 km. With convenient transportation and communication, the tourism industry has developed rapidly. The total population of the town is 109000, and more than 900000 tourists can be received every year. At present, we are actively building the central city in the central part of the autonomous region and the southern part of Ximeng. The floating population will be greatly increased, so as to ensure the sufficient source of tourists. Our county can provide land security for the project construction, so it is imperative to invest in the construction of a five-star hotel.
Different from the traditional Southeast Asian architectural style hotels in subtropical regions, designers creatively position the hotel as a modern, leisure and unique style with coastal resort atmosphere. In the design process, the designers give up the common method of facing the sea and enclosing the garden, but adopt a simple curve to make almost all the rooms of the hotel face the sea. The hotel management company spoke highly of this and further raised the curve to 8 meters above the ground to form a passage through which the sea breeze passes. Large art chandeliers make the whole hotel more vivid.
